Yes, I agree. The above items are an accurate listing of the lease property (hereinafter called "Leased Property"). Resident agrees to lease such from T&T Appliance Rental and to keep the Leased Property at the address above pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein. In the event that the Resident removes Leased Property from the above address, T&T is not responsible for damage or injury due to misuse or improper operation / installation of Leased Property and Resident bears full responsibility for said damages / injuries as well as any damages to Leased Property itself. Minimum rental term is 3 months and will continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter until a 15-day notice of termination of Rental Agreement is provided. It is understood that this transaction is a rental and not a condition of sale or financing agreement. Title and ownership to each item of the property shall remain with T&T. T&T is not the manufacturer of the property provided under this agreement. T&T MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO SUCH PROPERTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Lessee is obliged to keep Leased Property and report any issues in a timely manner and must keep proper insurance in case of loss. Lessee is responsible for maintaining the Leased Property in good condition, subject to ordinary wear.
Fees and Charges

Monthly rental payments are processed by automatic recurring debit or credit card transaction. The initial charge will include the pro-rated first month’s rental fee for Leased Property and the Set-Up Fee. The initial charge will be processed to the credit card on file the night before delivery. Monthly rental payments will auto charge on the first day of each month preceding the delivery. In addition to the monthly rental payment, lessee agrees to pay the following fees: (a) a one-time Set-Up Fee of $60 paid at the inception of the rental term; (b) a Late Fee of $5 each month for each piece of Rental Property you have rented when a monthly rental payment has not been paid within the first 10 days of the month. (c) a Move Fee of $60 to have T&T move the Leased Property to another location within T&T service area. (d) a Chargeback Fee of $25 in addition to the original charge amount when the dispute was filed with the bank institution. (e) a Clean Fee of $60 if the Leased Property is not returned in the same clean and disinfected condition in which it was delivered. (f) a Cancel Fee of $60 will be charged if no one is home to allow for entry for a confirmed scheduled delivery, service or pick up. Additionally, for health and safety reasons, appliances must be clean and free of any contamination at the time of pick-up. If these conditions are not met, the pick-up will be declined and subject to rescheduling, and if necessary a buyout may be issued for the affected appliance.
Termination of Rental Agreement

Resident may terminate this lease following the 3-month minimum rental term by giving fifteen (15) day’s notice to T&T.
Failure to give fifteen (15) day’s notice will result in a pro-rated charge not to exceed fifteen (15) days of rent. T&T may terminate lease at any time and repossess the Leased Property without legal process (1) if you violate any of the lease provisions and fail to cure such a violation within fifteen days of the violation. (2) If you become insolvent or make any assignment for the benefit of creditors. Upon such termination, T&T will be entitled to all remaining monthly rental payments and to recover any damages resulting in the lessee’s failure to fulfill all the provisions of this agreement. If the lessee defaults on this agreement, lessee will be assessed charges to fulfill the agreement, the lessee will be liable for all administrative and legal costs incurred by T&T in addition to the lease fulfillment charges. Should the account exceed two month’s delinquent rent, the lessee will be considered in default. Lessee will be liable for all accrued rent and shall also be liable for all collection costs including reasonable attorney fees which may be incurred by T&T. Upon termination, Resident will make the Leased Property available to T&T at a time that is convenient to T&T and will permit T&T or its agents access to Resident premises for the expressed and sole purpose of recovering Leased Property. IF THE LEASEE FAILS TO RETURN THE LEASED PROPERTY IN GOOD CONDITION, WILL BE LIABLE TO T&T FOR ANY AMOUNT UP TO THE REPLACEMENT COST OF THE PROPERTY PLUS HANDLING FEES IN ADDITION TO ALL OTHER PAYMENTS AND DAMAGES DUE UNDER THE LEASE.
Permission to Enter

Yes, I agree. I hereby grant T&T Appliance Rental permission to enter the premises listed above for the expressed and sole purpose of delivering and or recovering Leased Property. I further authorize the building owner or his representative to permit access to and release said Leased Property to T&T and hold such owner and / or representatives harmless for their actions, or any other actions, from such entry.

I certify that I have read and accept the terms and conditions above and grant T&T Appliance Rental permission to enter the above premises for the expressed and sole purpose of delivering / recovering the Leased Property.
